How it works

A complete system, four pieces

Everything you need to manage waiting queues, connected and synced instantly.

01

Ticket kiosk

Customers pick the turn type on the kiosk screen and get their ticket instantly.

02

Call monitor

The called turn appears on the monitor with its number and the station to go to.

03

Pusher button

Staff call turns from each station with a single button, no fuss.

04

Admin dashboard

Configure stations, queue types, kiosk flows and call rules from a single dashboard.

Flow modes

Adapts to any kind of business

Three main configurable flows, from the corner butcher shop to a large hospital.

Butcher shop style

With ticket

Customers take a number and staff keep calling in order, up and down, without worrying about statistics.

  • Numeric calls up and down
  • Simple and direct
  • No statistics
Hypermarket style

Without ticket

Customers queue directly. Each station notifies the monitor when it becomes free and it points to the right checkout.

  • No tickets issued
  • Stations notify when free
  • The monitor directs to the checkout
Hospital style

Advanced

Several turn types and several stations. A station can serve several services at once and the monitor shows the turn and its destination.

  • Multi-turn and multi-station
  • One station serves several services
  • Destination shown on the monitor

Features

Powerful under the hood, simple day to day

Configurable call rules so waiting is fair and efficient.

Real time

Kiosks, monitors, buttons and dashboard react the moment something changes: everyone sees it at once.

Priorities

Set which turn types are called before others, adapting the order to your business needs.

Weights

For the same priority you can define ratios, for example 4 tickets of one type before 1 of another.

Ageing

Every X minutes a waiting turn increases its priority, so no low-priority customer waits forever.

Multi-station

One station can serve several turn types at once, and several stations can share the same queue.

Fully configurable

Create kiosk flows and menus, define stations and queue types without touching a single line of code.
