Flow modes
Keues offers three flow modes to fit any business: from the corner greengrocer to a hospital. Choosing the right mode depends on how much you need to control.
Manual mode
Section titled “Manual mode”The simplest mode, the classic greengrocer or bakery: turns go from 1 to 999, up and down, with no priority and no order or restriction. Staff can call any number at any time.
- Tickets are used, but there is no control over who is waiting.
- Ideal for physical queues and low volume.

Free counters mode
Section titled “Free counters mode”There are no numbers or tickets: each counter tells the monitor when it becomes free and the customer walks straight to it.
- No ticket machine required.
- Perfect when every counter offers the same thing.

Advanced tickets mode
Section titled “Advanced tickets mode”The most powerful mode. There are several queues per counter, with configurable priorities and weights. Each counter can call several ticket types depending on what it can handle.
- Combines the ticket machine, priorities, weights and specialized counters.
- Ideal for large companies or VIP queues.
